XXIO Announces New XXIO Eleven and X Series Clubs

In a press release early Monday morning, XXIO USA announced the newest members of their premium golf club stable: the XXIO Eleven and X club series.

“We’re different than any other brand in the market, just as our new tagline suggests, and in 2020, we’ll showcase our differences to more players than we ever have before,” said Chuck Thiry, Vice President of XXIO USA. “We encourage all players to come out and ‘Experience the Difference’ of XXIO. My guess is that if you give us a try, you’ll see a ball flight that you haven’t seen in a very long time.”

Features and Technology

While some would argue that Mr. Thiry’s final comment assumes that players have seen a good ball flight at one time, the invitation for players to come out and “experience the difference” is a message that carries a lot of weight. This is especially true for a golf equipment brand that not many in the USA have likely tried in their playing careers.

The new XXIO Eleven series, for instance, features a cup face structure coupled with a incredibly lightweight shaft that isn’t seen in many other brands. This combo, according to XXIO, promotes a fast, forgiving golf club that’s easy to swing for players of any level.

Lightweight designs are nothing new for XXIO, however.

“We’ve been developing lightweight equipment for nearly two decades now,” Thiry said. “That kind of experience gives you a real understanding of, not only the benefits of lightweight, but also the benefits of accompanying technologies that you can pair with lightweight to make the products perform even better. With our new Weight Plus counterbalancing technology, we are further pushing the limits of high balance point. It’s the combination of lightweight and high balance point that makes XXIO Eleven a game changer for moderate swing speed players.”

Similarly, the new X Series offering, while designed for the more accomplished player, was designed in the same vein . Lightweight and balanced features are found here as well, packaged in a compact head design in the irons along with carbon material to promoted a muted feel players in this category prefer.

Both club families feature XXIO’s new Weight Plus technology, which uses 13g of brass and rubber weights placed in the butt end of every club shaft. This promotes a “lever-like” mechanism in your hands, assisting in the takeaway and requires less energy from the player to swing the club quickly.

The entire XXIO Eleven and X family will be available in the US on January 21, 2020. For full information and specifications, visit the XXIO USA website here.
