Background and Features

There is no mistaking the fact that multiple brands have come out with a high-toe option, and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that. Golf equipment brands have long offered similar features and builds for any player across the skill spectrum, so it should be no surprise that the high-toe wedge design would follow suit.

“The new Staff Model and Staff Model High-Toe Wedges deliver a clean design, and precision milled club faces to give golfers a boost in confidence in their short game,” said Jon Pergande, Global Manager of Innovation “Designed with the feedback from our Wilson Staff PGA Tour players , the new line of wedges gives golfers more control, consistency and shot-making capabilities.”

The versatility offered by this design is incredible, especially when needing to open the wedge face to hit a lob or sand shot. The Wilson Staff Model High-Toe (HT) offers more grooves across the face and into the exaggerated toe, which is a common look in this category. When combined with the wedge’s wide sole, the WIlson Staff Model HT is basically the Swiss Army knife of short game tools for any player skilled enough to benefit.

The wedge club head is comprised of 431 stainless steel, is available in 56, 60, and 64 degree options, and retails for $129.99. For more information on the entire new Wilson Staff line, visit their company website here.
