REVIEW: Imperial Headwear Custom Designs

We've reviewed offerings from Imperial Headwear in the past, including their impressive and stylish line of collegiate-themed logos and Coolcore technology. However it wasn't until we tried out their custom embroidery services that we were truly impressed. Imperial offers a number of customization options from which to choose, whether it be placement of your logo or overall design of your favorite hat. Our friends at Imperial offered to run a small batch of the flex-fit design with our GU shield logo to give us a taste of what they can do.

As you can see, there are a number of different color options available to help make your customized hat look great. Our designer worked closely with us to insure that we'd only use colors that matched our logo (which isn't hard to do with a black-and-white palette), and even recommended optimal logo placement.

The quality of the stitching in the embroidery is phenomenal. This is not simply an "iron-on" sticker slapped across the face of the hat. The worksmanship and attention to detail in the overall hat design made our logo pop and gave it a professional appearance.
