According to NBS Sports' Ryan Ballengee, this very well may be a done deal.

On Friday, Golf Digest cited sources saying the Feherty deal is done. The arrangement is expected to be similar to what Nick Faldo does – reprising the same role as on network TV – but also to get his own show.

Ballengee goes on to state that while a pending Golf Channel deal is basically done, Feherty will not be leaving CBS Sports and will instead pull double-duty.
