Brandel Chamblee Apologizes to Tiger Woods
Days after making some rather incendiary remarks about Tiger Woods -- giving him an 'F' grade in his year-end report card -- Brandel Chamblee apologizes to the World No. 1. Via Twitter, at that. Because of course he did.
The tweets are laid out below, but let's making something perfectly clear, folks: Brandel Chamblee was not only told to apologize, but he did so behind a keyboard despite having made his initial remarks in front of a camera.
What brought me here was the realization that my comments inflamed an audience on two sides of an issue.

Golf is a gentleman's game and I'm not proud of this debate. I want to apologize to Tiger for this incited discourse. — brandel chamblee (@chambleebrandel) October 23, 2013
And no - I was not asked to apologize — brandel chamblee (@chambleebrandel) October 23, 2013
My intention was to note Tiger's rules infractions this year, but comparing that to cheating in grade school went too far.
