Apex 21 Iron Family

Comprised of the Apex 21, Apex Pro 21, and Apex DCB, Callaway’s newest release hits players from three distinct categories.

The Apex 21 is billed as a “players distance” iron that provides extraordinary performance, an A.I.-designed Flash Face Cup, more forgiveness from Callaway’s Tungsten Energy Core (5x the tungsten of Apex 19), and enhanced shaping for better turf interaction. The body is 100% forged from 1025 mild carbon steel.

The Apex Pro 21 fits into the “player performance” category and is meant for low-handicap players. It features an A.I.-designed Flash Face Cup and the massive Tungsten Energy Core (up to 90 grams in the longer irons) improves launch characteristics while simultaneously improving forgiveness.

Finally, the Apex DCB is their game improvement option thanks to maximum forgiveness, distance and control. It provides the forged look, feel and performance of a players iron in a deep cavity-back design, a Tungsten Energy Core that promotes outstanding launch and more forgiveness on off-center shots, and an A.I.-designed Flash Face Cup.

Apex 21 Hybrid Family

Many companies have shifted their focus to beefing up their long-iron and hybrid offerings, and Callaway’s newest release is no exception.

The Apex 21 and Apex Pro 21 hybrids are high-tech, high-performance designs that blend exceptional A.I. ball speed with Callaway’s new Jailbreak Velocity Blades. Apex 21 Hybrids are engineered for enhanced ball flight control and adjustability in a stunning players shape for a wide range of players, and Apex Pro 21 is well suited for Tour Pros or low handicap players in an iron-like design.
