StaminaPro Active Recovery Patches Review

The golf swing is a complex movement that requires multiple muscle groups to work together in a perfect balance. Unfortunately, most amateurs will experience some level of muscle injury or pain during their playing career. StaminaPro Active Recovery patches are designed to not only reduce pain, but also help you get back on the course faster.

StaminaPro Active Recovery patches reduce inflammation.

Technology and Science

If you’ve played golf for multiple years, chances are you’ve experienced some level of joint pain. Pulled muscles, arthritis, and inflammation are kryptonite to golfers and can keep us sidelined for days, weeks… or longer.

StaminaPro Active Recovery patches are non-medicated adhesive patches that you place on your trouble areas before, during or after activity. They are shown to reduce inflammation in your muscles, which can reduce soreness as well.

Using their patented Energy Medicine Technology (EMT), these patches deliver over 200 natural constituents to your muscles when applied directly on your skin. These constituents — which includes everything from amino acids to natural herb extracts and minerals — immediately attack the inflammation in your muscles to reduce pain and swelling.

There are no active ingredients in StaminaPro patches, which means there is no worry for adverse side effects commonly seen with other medicated patches. There are also zero synthetic chemicals or harmful drugs used in their development, which should further reduce any second thoughts.

StaminaPro has also caught on with the world’s best athletes, particularly in pro golf. Tony Finau, Justin Rose, and Cameron Champ are all dedicated users of the patches.

Performance

Obviously any brand can say what they want about their product; the real test is whether they deliver on their promises.

We at GU HQ had the opportunity to test a variety of StaminaPro patches in two environments: general muscle soreness and an actual injury. Coincidentally, Mrs. GU twisted her ankle the day after we received our shipment of StaminaPro patches.

In my test (general muscle soreness), I found the StaminaPro patches to offer moderate relief on what could be considered a minor ailment. I’ve struggled with lower back pain throughout my 30’s, and after applying a larger patch on my back I noticed my soreness dissipate in about 30 minutes. This was not a permanent fix by any means, but I can see where playing a round of golf while wearing a patch could be helpful.

The more dramatic effects were seen on my wife’s ankle, which was swollen and sore following her accident. After proper ice and rest protocols were followed, she applied a StaminaPro patch around her ankle to see if it would help further. Shockingly, we noticed a reduction in swelling around the joint, which kept her soreness to a minimum.

Overall Impression

While I’m not going to suggest that StaminaPro patches are a cure-all or replacement for appropriate medical interventions… there is definitely something to this EMT stuff.

In both of our tests, my wife and I noticed a reduction in soreness in our problem areas, and she experienced reduced swelling in her injured ankle. When used in conjunction with ice and a mild pain reliever (like aspirin), I could see how StaminaPro technology can help athletes recover faster from mild injuries.

We both plan on using the StaminaPro patches more in the future, but our early first impressions were very positive.
